　　Daqing Dazheng Construction & Installation Co., Ltd. was founded on January 14th, 1998 and Zhao Chuanwen is Board Chairman and Legal Representative.
II. Assets condition
　　It is qualified as a rank two construction enterprise for industrial and civil buildings with registered capital up to 100 million yuan and circulating capital over 80 million yuan.
III. Business performance
　　Dazheng’s strength in finance, technology, equipment and construction tops first in Daqing as well as its neighboring districts. Its construction ability is beyond 200,000 to 400,000 square meters per year. With its outstanding performance in construction for years, it has successively undertaken more than 150 projects, such as residential buildings, office buildings, and buildings for commercial service, roads, squares and garden subzones and so on. The excellence rate is above 90% and the up-to-standard rate 100%. What’s more, it was entitled to many provincial and city-level prizes for its quality construction.

　　The total cost of its projects was over 400 million yuan with net profit reaching more than 49 million yuan.
　　2004
　　The company undertook projects of Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), Industrial and Commercial Bank (ICB), Experimental Middle School and Daqing Innovation Building and so on with total cost of 558 million yuan and net profit up to 60 million yuan.
　　2005
　　It constructed Nanhu Jingyuan, the museum, the Children’s Hall and the book store building with total cost of 563 million and net profit 75 million.
　　2006
　　It undertook projects of the City Government and Yinyi Sunshine Town with over 1,140 million yuan total cost, among which, the City Government project took up over 700 million yuan and Yinyi 360 million yuan. Its net profit amounted to 160 million yuan.
　　2007
　　It undertook the construction of Yinyi Sunshine Town Phase Two, Senior-Citizen University, section Two of Road One in the Ecology Technical Zone, # 1 Building of the Industrial Park in the Development Zone, Daqing Welfare Building, Daqing Hi-tech Farm residential building for its staff. The total cost was about 1,200 million yuan and the net profit 178 million yuan.

　　The company will undertake projects of the relocation construction of Daqing Railway Station, Yinyi Sunshine Town Phase Three, Outsourcing Industrial Park Phase Two, auxiliary construction of the airport, Senior-Citizen University (until next year), Welfare Building (until next year), Daqing Hi-tech Farm residential building (until next year). The total cost will be over 1,380 million yuan and the net profit is expected to reach about 230 million yuan.
